QuickFacts is a company dedicated to improving the insurance industry through technological resources. The primary offering is a software solution for insurance brokerages. Based on the brokerage’s agreements with insurance carriers, we organize the insurance carrier’s information and present it on a single search-engine website for brokerages. This software compares multiple carriers side-by-side, reducing broker search time by 10-20x, facilitates operational workflows across departments, and drastically improves broker training. Additionally, we offer project work and support services to our clients. These services can range from building customized workflows for operational efficiencies to building letter templates to any other temporary project that fits our scope. Our founder, Christy Silvestri, has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, with 10 in a management role leading the operations side of insurance brokerages. Christy was an active member of IBANS (Insurance Brokers Association of Nova Scotia)and served on the Board of Directors for two years, pushing positive change through the industry. Christy has achieved her CAIB (Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker) designation and taught CAIB Levels 1-3 through IBANS.
