You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree to use our Services lawfully and respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, illegal content, or any form of disruptive behaviour is prohibited.

Posted content (e.g., chat contributions, comments) remains yours, but you grant PropelICT a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, modify, and display it.

Services are provided “as is”. PropelICT disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and applicable provincial laws in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI, or Newfoundland and Labrador. Disputes will be resolved in the relevant provincial court.
